Demo Day of the first round of the Scalab Accelerator during Warsaw Industry Week

6.11.2025r.

Which innovations are shaping the future of industry? How are startups working with large technology companies, and what do both sides gain from this collaboration? Answers to these questions will be revealed during the Scalab Accelerator Demo Day, which will take place at this year’s Warsaw Industry Week.

People have been talking about the need to digitise industry for well over a dozen years. A rapidly changing market requires ever newer solutions in factories, production plants, and even in the offices of industrial companies. The latest technological solutions for the industrial sector will be presented during Warsaw Industry Week. On 6 November 2025, the Scalab Accelerator Demo Day will be held, during which young, innovative companies will explain how they address the real needs of Industry 4.0 and what their cooperation with large enterprises looks like.

During the Demo Day, 11 startups that have spent the past several months in the Scalab acceleration programme will present their projects. Over this time, the companies have been developing their products both from a business and a technological perspective, and the results of these efforts were immediately verified with technology recipients such as Fulco, Etisoft, Euvic, S Plastic and Grupa Transportowa. The conclusions drawn from these collaborations will be presented during Demo Day. The presentations will also be an opportunity to learn about the latest trends, establish business relationships and find inspiration for implementing innovation in enterprises.

The Scalab Accelerator Demo Day will take place on 6 November as part of Warsaw Industry Week—one of the most important industry events in Poland devoted to innovation in manufacturing. It will be not only a showcase of technology, but also real-life examples of how effective cooperation between startups and mature companies seeking innovative solutions can look.

How to transform the crises of recent years into a competitive advantage through cooperation with suppliers?

Eveneum is a team of experts supporting manufacturing companies in building innovative and resilient supply chains. We help organizations increase competitiveness, improve security, and generate tangible business value. What sets us apart is our deep knowledge of the automotive, aerospace, and light industry sectors, as well as our ability to combine technical expertise with the practice of supplier relationship management. We transform collaboration towards long-term partnerships based on trust and mutual benefits.

We are a Polish company operating globally, carrying out projects in Mexico, the USA, and the European Union, among others. Thanks to this, we bring an international perspective and best practices from different markets into our collaborations.

We invite you to a series of inspiring lectures and a panel discussion, during which we will demonstrate how trust and mutual benefits can become the foundation of lasting competitive advantage. Recent years have shown that there is no stability without flexibility: the pandemic, raw material price fluctuations, the war in Ukraine, changes in U.S. trade policy, and the expansion of Chinese companies force industry leaders to redefine their collaboration strategies.
During the conference, we will collectively seek answers to key questions:
- How should we respond to dynamic changes in the global business environment?
- Is it worth opening up to new partners outside our economic bloc?
- How can we strengthen and develop relationships with existing suppliers to build supply chain innovation and resilience?

This is an excellent opportunity for experts and practitioners to exchange experiences, draw inspiration from best practices, and develop their own solutions for the future.

“Technology alone is not enough. It’s the trust between those who create it and those who use it that defines the future.”
— Satya Nadella, CEO, Microsoft

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution — where the boundaries between the physical, digital, and biological worlds are becoming increasingly blurred — trust in technology has become the foundation of modern industry.
Automation, robotics, artificial intelligence, digital twins, and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) are already reshaping production lines, supply chains, and business models.
But is that enough?

At this year’s conference, organized by the Forum of Polish Automation and Robotics (FAIRP), we will explore a key question for the entire industrial sector:

Are advanced technologies alone sufficient to drive the transformation toward the industry of the future — or do we also need a change in organizational culture, new skills, and trust between humans and machines, engineers and algorithms, companies and ecosystems?

Digital Rebellion on Board – Implementing Change in a Culture of Resistance

Jakub Kaczyński – Industrial Portfolio Director

Trust in technology is the cornerstone of successful industrial transformation — but what happens when, instead of enthusiasm, you face a digital rebellion on board?
You invest in cutting-edge technologies and follow the latest trends (IoT, AI, automation, digital twins, UNS), yet employees, managers, or technical teams resist new solutions.
Even the most advanced systems mean little if people don’t trust them — cultural resistance can derail even the best-designed digital project.

This presentation will show you how to break that impasse.
You’ll learn how to identify and address the root causes — from fear of change to lack of trust in data — and turn skeptics into allies of innovation.
You’ll see real-world examples of projects that overcame these barriers, along with proven strategies for building trust in technology and data at every level of an organization, and designing pilot initiatives that engage people and deliver measurable results.
