Vision of educating engineers PDF

We invite you to a debate on the education of engineering staff for industry 4.0. During the debate, we will define challenges, present good practices in the field of improving the key competences of engineers and we will look for new ones
directions of development. In the debate, we plan to include the voices of industry representatives, employees as well as students, educational institutions and researchers. In the final part of the discussion, we will refer to the challenges and formulate conclusions regarding the desired directions of development of the process of educating engineers for the needs of industry 4.0. The organizers of the debate are WARSAW INDUSTRY WEEK, PTAK WARSAW EXPO and JAGIELLON UNIVERSITY WSZECHNICA. The hosts will be Ms Iwona Sołtysińska, Director of Development of the Jagiellonian University Wszechnica and Mr Andrzej Soldaty, founder and partner of the “Initiative for Polish Industry 4.0” project.
