The Modern Garage: How Passion and Technology Are Shaping the Future of Manufacturing
Presentation by Adam Maszynotwór at Warsaw Industry Week 2025
November 5, 2025 | Trade Fair Studio | PTAK Warsaw Expo
In an era of technological revolution, where the boundaries between industry and craftsmanship are increasingly blurred, new forms of engineering are emerging—user-oriented, accessible, and grassroots. This is precisely the model represented by Adam Maszynotwór, whose presentation at Warsaw Industry Week 2025, titled “The Modern Garage: How Passion and Technology Are Shaping the Future of Manufacturing”, will serve as a voice in the discussion on the future of technical education, small-scale production, and the role of individual creators in industrial processes. The presentation will cover three key themes:
- the development of technical skills from the ground up – based on hands-on projects and workshop experience,
- the implementation of modern technologies on a small scale – including 3D printing, CNC machines, and the retrofitting of older equipment,
- the transformation of technical education – with an emphasis on the impact of accessible tools, online platforms, and digital communities on the growth of young professionals.
This presentation will be not only a technical showcase of what today’s “garage engineer” is capable of, but also an inspiring story of how individual passion can become a driving force for change in the way we approach design and manufacturing.
Who is Adam Maszynotwór?
Adam Maszynotwór is a content creator, large-scale CNC machine operator, and passionate advocate of all things technical. For years, he has run one of the largest Polish-language YouTube channels dedicated to machine building, machining, automation, mechatronics, and modern production technologies. His channel brings together a community of over 90,000 subscribers and features more than 870 educational videos. From an early age, he showed a strong interest in technology—taking apart toys, analyzing how they worked, and building his own devices. A turning point came during his studies at a technical high school, where his first exposure to CNC technology sparked a series of independent experiments, eventually leading to the construction of his own milling machine. Since then, he has continuously developed his skills, initially sharing his knowledge on online forums and later through video content. On his channel, he showcases, among other things:
- machine construction and modifications,
- testing of tools and technological solutions,
- welding, turning, and milling processes,
- visits to workshops, factories, and industry trade fairs.
His educational work is rooted in a practical approach and the ability to explain complex processes in a clear and accessible way. As a result, Maszynotwór’s channel has become a valuable source of knowledge for both technical school students and professionals seeking inspiration and unconventional solutions.
Why is this presentation worth attending?
Adam Maszynotwór’s presentation at Warsaw Industry Week 2025 is more than just a technical lecture. It is a manifesto of a grassroots approach to engineering—one that combines accessible technologies, the power of online communities, and hands-on practical skills. In an era where digitization and automation are reshaping the industrial landscape, it is worth paying attention to those who, by working locally, are influencing global trends in manufacturing and technical education.
Don’t miss Adam Maszynotwór’s presentation – November 5, 2025, at the Trade Fair Studio during Warsaw Industry Week.
Step into the world of modern manufacturing and discover how technology is shaping the future—not only of industry, but of everyone bold enough to embrace the tools of tomorrow.
